Loans for felons can be found through a variety of resources. Whether you are looking to get an online degree, or if you wan to attend a full 4-year university, there are many educational programs that will offer money for school. Even as a convicted felon you can qualify for financial aid for felons with little difficulty. While many online degree programs, such as a criminal justice degree online, do not readily offer information on financial aid, you can typically use money you get from Pell grants and student loans to pay for these types of services. To get financial aid for school, just be sure to fill out your annual FASFA form to determine if you are eligible for college grants for felons first and then, once the grants are used, then you can apply for student loans. Do not let your criminal conviction hold you back from getting an education. In these economy, an education is the important factor that will help you get the felony jobs you want despite your criminal background.
